New-company pipeline

New companies in Leeds that need an accountant, on Priya’s desk by 7.

Each weekday morning the pipeline reads the public Companies House register for new companies around Leeds. It checks each one, scores how well it fits us, and writes a short welcome in Priya’s words. She reads it and presses Send.

This morning: new companies that fit us

    How it works

Six steps, every weekday at 7:00. Steps one to three are rules anyone can check. AI only writes, in steps four and six, and Priya decides everything that reaches a client.

    1. 1

      Find

Companies set up in the last 14 days with a registered office in Leeds, from Companies House.

    2. 2

      Check

Active limited company, a sector we serve, and no accountant at the registered office yet.

    3. 3

      Score

How well it fits us, out of 10, with the reasons written down.

    4. 4

      Write AI

A short welcome in Priya’s voice: an email when the company has an address, a letter when it doesn’t. Most new companies don’t have a website yet, so most are letters.

    5. 5

      Track

Every lead in the CRM with its status: HubSpot, Salesforce or a simple sheet.

    6. 6

      Follow up AI

No answer after five working days: one reply drafted in the same thread. Then it stops.

    This week

Tap a lead to see why it fits and what Priya would send.

      What Priya does

She opens her drafts with her first coffee, changes a word where she wants to, and presses Send. The letters go out with the afternoon post.

The pipeline never sends anything by itself, never writes to sole traders or private addresses, and every email says who we are and how to say no.
